At this point we have given up on our tos, people just don't follow them. And the more clear we make our tos apparently the less effective it is legally even if people reagree?

But if people get our designs and use them to spread hate (homophobia, transphobia, anything hateful against religions, racism, ect.) we don't support it.
To be clear I'm ok with people criticizing certain things in religion. For example I have a whole story criticizing how Christians are extremely hateful despite what they say they believe not encouraging the hate they spread. However if your just being hateful and turn my design into a walking stereotype I don't want my name associated with the design anymore.

If you no longer want a design from me I'll still take them back, I won't refund you however, I'm sorry. Remember this is 100% optional, once there out of my hands I dont care anymore.

If you do loly/pedo or feralnsfw/zoo crap with our designs dont drag our name into it i dont care what is said as "defense" it makes us extremely uncomfortable.

If you want to use our designs in books, shows, merch, ect, credit us for the design as ProjectSeltor.
If you redesign the character and they no longer look like a design we made, just dont credit us please. I say this because if people think we make designs like that it could make customs even more annoying to do.
